二、个人简介：

汪泓，女，杭州市人，浙江工商大学副教授，硕士生导师。毕业于北京大学光华管理学院会计专业，获管理学博士学位。研究领域主要集中在财务会计、资本市场、公司治理等方面。已在“Journal of Business Ethics”、＂Abacus＂、《会计研究》等国内外权威期刊上发表多篇论文，作为主要参与者撰写多部著作，曾获省级优秀科研成果奖。主持及参与多项国家级、省级课题项目。担任多家上市公司独立董事。
